Personal Training– (30 minute session) One on one Personal Training at your home, local gym or our private studio located in Chandler, AZ.

60 per session 1x week = 240 monthly 2x week=480 month 3x Week=720 monthly( Bi-weekly payments Available)

50 per session (*3 month commitment) 1x Week=600 (every 3 months) 2x Week=1200 (every 3 months) 3x Week=1800 (every 3 months)

40 per session (*6 month commitment) 1x Week= 960 (every 6 months) 2x Week= 1920(every 6 months) 3x Week= 2880 (every 6 months)

*All 3 and 6 Month plans come with FREE nutrition coaching. 30 minutes every two weeks. (150 dollar value).

Nutrition Coaching– Meet with one of our certified nutrition coaches 2-4 times monthly to set personal goals, calorie and macro nutrient goals.

120 per session (1 hour session)

Online Training– Daily workouts sent to your phone or email using our fitness app. Easy to understand instructions with videos. Plus regressions and progressions available for most exercises. Access to your personal trainer via instant messaging. App has Fitbit and myfitnesspal integrated.

Percussive Therapy Deep Tissue Massage– Tension Relief, Muscle Tissue Hydration, Improving mobility, decreasing lactic acid, increasing blood flow, and decreasing muscle soreness and stiffness.
